There is a popular misconception about change; it is believed that ‘people don’t like change’.

That is wrong, we all like change.

We go on holiday for a change. A change of scenery. A change of weather. A change of food and even a change of lifestyle.

No, what people don’t like is ‘being changed’.

It was Charles Darwin that said;

And Edwards Deming a hundred years on from Darwin’s’ statement said;
Survival is not compulsory
